After a successful career as a senior marketer with Kraft, Coca-Cola, BT and Tesco, Jeremy Stern became a successful entrepreneur when he set up PromoVeritas Ltd in 2002 as the ‘independent promotional verification service’ with the aim of protecting prize promotions run by major brands from disaster and reputational damage.

The company has grown significantly and now runs 1,000s of campaigns a year for over 200 clients in the UK, Europe and globally. PromoVeritas advise on the mechanic, draft the terms, create the website, handle the entries, pick the winners (random draw or judging for a competition) and oversee the security and fair distribution of ‘golden ticket’ style instant win packs. Their clients include Amazon, American Express, Pepsi-Cola, Cadbury, Kellogg’s, Hertz, Mastercard, Barclays and Walkers Crisps.

In recent years Jeremy has won a variety of awards ranging from Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Services Category) in the Great British Business Awards, Winner of Best Business of the Year in the Work Avenue Awards and most recently the 2024 King’s Award for International Trade. He has also been a judge for various award schemes and is a favored keynote speaker having headed conferences in places such as France, Estonia, Russia, Norway and Austria.

With 10+ years at BigCity, Rahul helms the marketing department, ensuring the company is a leader in promotions, reward programs, and loyalty. His journey includes strategizing and executing numerous successful programs for brands, especially in the BFSI sector. He bridges the gap between clients’ needs and services, promoting BigCity as a premier workplace filled with fun and learning opportunities. His core competencies include marketing strategy, growth strategy, and sales training.Outside of work, Rahul is passionate about wildlife and has collaborated on projects with the forest department growth strategy, and sales training.

He is also an avid collector of old vinyl records, which complements his love for music, singing, and playing the guitar on weekends. Rahul often jokes that his vinyl collection takes up more space than his wardrobe. He stays updated through continuous learning by reading, attending talks, seminars, and listening to podcasts, claiming he’s always on the hunt for the next big idea, or at least a good excuse to drink more coffee.
