Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and set up new meetings with clients for the business development team.
- Oversee cold calling, client outreach, and client meetings to ensure effective sales conversions for the team.
- Support the business development executives in client presentations and achieving meeting targets.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track performance, provide training, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Establish clear KPIs and sales targets for each team member, and monitor progress regularly.
- Integrate client feedback and team input to drive improvements in products and services
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure effectiveness in reach outs
- Ensure that the team is well-equipped to handle all client inquiries and requests efficiently.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Regularly report on team performance, client pipeline, and achieved results to senior management.
- Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Ensure that all CRM data is up to date, and sales processes are followed for efficient workflow.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4-5 years of business development experience.
Proven experience in managing a team of business development or sales professionals.
Strong background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets.
Previous experience in industry-related business development will be an advantage.
