Director, Loyalty
Surabhi joined BigCity as a Senior Manager in the Client Servicing Department three and a half years ago when there were only two loyalty programs. Under her leadership, the number of loyalty programs expanded to 13, achieving a remarkable 150% year-on-year growth in the division’s revenue. Now leading the Loyalty Client Servicing Department on a national level, she has successfully grown short-term projects into full-fledged automated loyalty programs. Her achievements have earned her multiple quarterly R&R awards, a Client’s Hero recognition, and the Above and Beyond award twice.
Surabhi’s approach to client servicing is guided by reliability, professionalism, and a deep understanding of client needs, which has built strong, trustworthy relationships. With 11 years in the industry, her expertise in loyalty program management, campaign ideation, and customer success is evident in the successful projects she has managed.
Outside of work, Surabhi is very spiritual and often immerses herself in texts like the Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta. She loves spending time alone and is passionate about dance, trained in contemporary and freestyle, with a desire to learn Bharatnatyam. Surabhi quips that when she’s not orchestrating loyalty programs or strategizing market plans, she’s perfecting her dance steps or diving into spiritual readings—proving that life’s rhythm is best when it’s well-rounded.
