Job Summary:

We are seeking a vibrant, energetic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team at BigCity. This role goes beyond traditional content creation; it involves a blend of research, strategy, and creative execution to enhance our brand’s presence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for marketing and a knack for crafting engaging narratives across various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Create compelling content including blogs, reports, email campaigns, social media posts (instagram & linkedin), whitepapers, videos and sales materials.

● Engage in the creation and maintenance of sales kits and promotional decks for market deployment.

● Implement SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and lead generation.

● Collaborate closely with the marketing manager and other team members to brainstorm, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives.

● Maintain high standards of content quality, ensuring all materials are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.


Required Skills:

● 3-5 years of experience in B2B Content Writing, Copywriting, or a similar role in Marketing Communications.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Strong ability in copywriting, technical writing, and storytelling.

● Proficiency in email marketing tools such as MailChimp or Zoho Campaigns.

● Basic understanding of podcast or design softwares (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
preferred.

● Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
